Hi, I’m Amber Bustamante, the founder of NutriStride Equine—where science, passion, and performance collide to help horses feel and perform their very best.

As a certified Equine Nutritionist and lifelong competitor in the barrel racing industry, my mission is simple: to help equine athletes thrive from the inside out. Whether you’re chasing rodeo dreams or simply want your horse to live its healthiest, happiest life—you’re in the right place.

My Story

I’ve spent over 15 years in the saddle, winning saddles, buckles, and titles along the way. But the wins came with plenty of lessons, too—injuries, inflammation, and countless trial-and-error when it came to nutrition and recovery.

That journey led me deep into equine health and nutrition. I founded NutriStride Equine to take the guesswork out of feeding, supplementing, and caring for performance horses—so you can spend less time worrying and more time winning.

When I’m not competing or consulting, I’m home with my three wild Dachshunds, Wednesday Izzy, and Swiper, or on the road hauling across California and beyond to connect with riders just like you.
