Hi, I’m Amber Bustamante, the founder of NutriStride Equine—where science, passion, and performance collide to help horses feel and perform their best.

As a certified Equine Nutritionist and lifelong competitor in the barrel racing industry, my mission is simple: to help equine athletes thrive from the inside out. Whether you're chasing rodeo dreams or simply want your horse to live its healthiest life, you're in the right place.

My Story

I’ve spent over 15 years in the saddle, winning saddles, buckles, and titles along the way. But I’ve also walked the hard road—dealing with injuries, inflammation, and endless trial-and-error when it came to nutrition and recovery. That’s why I dove deep into equine health and founded NutriStride Equine: to take the guesswork out of feeding and supplementing performance horses.

I’m a proud mom of two wild Dachshunds (Wednesday and Izzy), and you can usually find me at barrel races across California—running, consulting, and connecting with fellow horse lovers.
